One of my major jobs today was to phone the bank to let them know I’d be using my cards abroad. They’ve taken down our entire itinerary! Either they were being very thorough, or they were just trying to keep me on the phone for as long as possible on an 0845 number – hehe!

Next job, clothes shopping – woohoo! 🙂

Well, progress is going well on the car. One of the biggest jobs is out of the way and complete, in the form of rebuilding and swapping out a CV joint/drive shaft and fitting new rear tie bars! 🙂 Just got to do the same on the other side now. I’m also fitting a new turbo and new front discs this weekend. Wish me luck!

It’s now only 50 days until the Belgium Grand Prix!!

Plans are coming together and the car should be back on all four wheels this weekend, which will be a relief to Lolo. There’s only breakdown cover and travel insurance to do along with confirming our reservations with all the hotels.

Less than 5 more weeks of work before the start of the holiday too! 🙂
