I thought I better get organised this morning, so started going through all our booking.com reservations and emailing the hotels directly to confirm them. I nearly had a heart attack when I realised that two of the hotels were booked for the same night!! Aghhhh! I quickly checked availability for the one that was booked for the wrong night and they had ONE double room left. Some very quick booking and cancelling followed, and now we are hopefully all sorted. Blimey! That was a close one!

I got the new turbo fitted at the weekend, which went well.

I found a few other jobs that needed doing also, so parts have been ordered and have started arriving. The car should hopefully be back prowling the streets by the weekend! 🙂

One of my major jobs today was to phone the bank to let them know I’d be using my cards abroad. They’ve taken down our entire itinerary! Either they were being very thorough, or they were just trying to keep me on the phone for as long as possible on an 0845 number – hehe!

Next job, clothes shopping – woohoo! 🙂
